
Jonathan has announced that he plans to plus his 5k run and do a full 4 miles. Which brings up a great point. Any participant who would like to plus either run please do so. The key to this weekend is getting everyone out the door.

I encourage everyone to give this weekends workout their best effort. You may very well surprise yourself. Oh and don't forget to e-mail me with your results.

I said earlier that I would do 10 miles... so put me up for
10k + x = 10 miles. I don't know how far a 10k is, other wise I would know what the answer was!
How about "minus'ing" our run? I was thinking about doing a couch 1k...... :-) Maybe just eating 1k worth of corn?
Do we have to "shuck n' run"?
Oh, and remember runners to keep your "ears" open while running, wogging, bloging....or any other "....ing" you want to do.
oh geez. announce it to the world why don't you!!! then i just want to preemptively add that i am not allowed to run right now and i am going to walk (quickly) or, how do you say, wog? my distance. sadly, it may have to be on a treadmill as well as that pesky corn may become a tripping hazzard and apparently my head could snap off its stalk at any minute!!!!!
my goal is to do my full distance in UNDER the half marathon maximum pace time, thus proving that, had i not been distracted by disney goodness and a certain podcaster in the kingdom, i could have gone a lot faster the first time!!!
